Ingredients
1 cup Rotisserie chicken, chopped
1/4 cup - 1/2 c celery, chopped
1/4 Toasted pecans (can use un-toasted if short on time)
1 medium apples chopped
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup Chosen food mayo (or other brand made with avocado oil)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
salt to taste
In a bowl mix all chopped ingredients until well combine
In a separate bowl or jar combine mayo and vinegar
Pour mayo mixture over chopped items. Add additional mayo to your preferred taste or texture.
