Chocolate Peanut Butter Spread

I LOVE THIS STUFF!! And I can make it in under 5 minutes

I haven't ever been a fan of the taste of Nutella because I don't care for hazelnuts. I also hate Nutella because it has 20grams of sugar per 2 tbsp serving!!!

This Chocolate Peanut Butter Spread is loaded with healthy fat and protein and none of the processed sugars.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder or cacao powder

  • 1/4 cup hot water

  • 2 - 3 tbsp sweetener of choice (I used monk fruit to keep it low carb)

  • 2/3 cup peanut butter (look out for hidden sugar in peanut butter, look for NO sugar added)

  1. Mix Cocoa powder, water and sweetener until most of the lumps are gone.

  2. Add Peanut Butter and stir until completely combine.

  3. ENJOY with apples, bananas or just eat it by the spoonful!

Check out the nutritional difference between this spread and the store bought Nutella. Be the hero of your health; it's worth the 5 minutes it takes to make this simple spread. The impact on your blood sugar is tremendous! YOU ARE WORTH IT!
