Health Snack Choices

Some of these snack ideas are not low carb, but can be considered SLOW CARB. If you are transitioning from snacking on potato chips and cookies this is a step towards your goal of regulating your blood sugar. To know your body best and how you respond to each of the ideas listed below, simply check your blood sugar before and again 2 hours after.
